EtherCAT Development Course
|
SYBERA's EtherCAT training imparts practical knowledge for developers, automation engineers, service staff,
and users. EtherCAT is a powerful real-time fieldbus technology that enables deterministic communication, short cycle times,
and precise synchronization in networked production facilities.
Participants learn the fundamentals of EtherCAT and Industrial Ethernet, including topology, protocol stack, PDO and SDO communication,
as well as Distributed Clocks. The training also covers the analysis of EtherCAT traffic with Wireshark, error diagnosis, parameterization
of ESI files, and real-time optimization.
Another focus is the integration of EtherCAT into industrial automation processes, including mailbox communication
(CoE, EoE) and safety applications (EtherCAT Safety). Practical exercises with real hardware ensure the transfer of knowledge
into daily practice.
The training is offered in a hybrid format: remote, on-site, or in-house at the customer's premises. Within two days, participants receive a
compact and structured overview of EtherCAT technology, including practical experience in planning,
configuration, and reliable implementation of EtherCAT projects.
With this training, you will be able to efficiently configure EtherCAT networks, meet real-time requirements, and operate your
automation systems reliably.
